Shipping and Payment

We dispatch your order via our partners – Deutsche Post, DHL, Hermes or a freight forwarder – once payment has been received.

Unless a different timeframe is specified in the relevant offer, the delivery time for goods within Germany is 2–5 working days (Monday–Friday), and 3–10 working days for international deliveries. The processing and dispatch period for incoming orders begins on the next working day following receipt of payment for the purchased item. Weekends and public holidays are excluded from this rule and are not taken into account. Delivery times may vary for goods dispatched via a freight forwarder.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in a single consignment, unless we have made alternative arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Deliveries are always made from Monday to Saturday by our shipping partners mentioned above. Deliveries of goods sent via a freight forwarder are made exclusively from Monday to Friday.

There are no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.

Free delivery within Germany for orders of €139.00 or more (excluding goods sent via a freight forwarder).
