Payment / Shipping
We ship your order with our partners, the Deutsche Post, DHL, Hermes or by freight forwarding after receipt of payment.
If in the respective offer no other period is specified, the delivery time of the goods in Germany (Germany-wide) is 2 - 5 working days (Monday - Friday), for foreign deliveries 3 - 10 working days. The period for processing and shipping incoming orders begins with the next business day after receipt of payment for the purchased item. Weekends and holidays are excluded from this rule and are not taken into account. For goods that are shipped by freight forwarding, delivery times may vary.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
The delivery always takes place from Monday to Saturday with our above mentioned shipping partners. The delivery of freight forwarding goods takes place exclusively from Monday - Friday.
On Sundays and holidays there is no delivery.
